Our family has some pretty exciting news we have officially closed on the sale of our Marana home to work on our dream home! It is definitely bitter sweet but exciting! We seriously could not have done this without so many amazing people especially our amazing realtor Sheri Riva Burns with Long Realty. She is the one who went above and beyond for us and sold our house for way more then we could have ever thought possible in just nine days!!! She is absolutely amazing at what she does! She is truly the sweetest most personable person we’ve ever met and our kids just love her!!! She is forever a part of our family now and forever someone we will recommend to any and everyone!!! Sheri Burns is literally the best person/realtor ever. My wife and I could not have sold our house without her. We were in a sticky situation with our timeline and having to move by a certain date, but that didn't faze Sheri. She went above and beyond with the entire process, and we are so grateful for her. I'm not sure who reads this, but Sheri deserves like the biggest bonus ever or promotion or something.

After years of no land purchasing activity in the area, I was trying to sell land, and I found Sheri, who traveled with me to the lot. She determined that the most likely buyer would be someone not in the area and created a strategy to advertise to likely interested parties. She listed the land locally and advertised in other select markets. She researched the site thoroughly and discovered some changes in conditions that had occurred affecting my lot over the last 25 years, and discovered that my well share had become unusable. She advised me as to how a new owner could obtain water, and we corrected the disclosure statements. When potential buyers contacted her, she was honest and let the virtues of the land sell itself. I enjoyed working with her and had I a need, would work with her again.
